He also co-founded and pastored Family Fellowship Christian Church and Family Fellowship Christian School in Berwyn, IL. While doing Prayer Counseling ministry part-time, Tommy also worked a full-time job with mentally challenged adults for over 18 years, before taking up his position as Co-Director at FHM in January 2006 serving in this position to January 2016.

His Background:

His Training:

His initial spiritual training was received through the Norwegian Youth With A Mission (Ungdom I Oppdrag or UIO). Following his service in UIO and in the Norwegian Royal Navy, Tommy traveled to the USA to study at Bible School in Wisconsin, where he met his wife Mari Anne. They were later invited back to serve on staff at the Bible School.
