Freedom House Sanctification & Transformation Training 201 exists to proclaim liberty, release destiny, and harvest humanity by equipping and releasing ambassadors of Jesus Christ. Rooted in over 35 years of Spirit-led ministry by Tommy and Mari Anne Andersen, our purpose is to restore broken and hurting hearts, reconcile relationships, and transform lives through sanctification—the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit to purify, mature, and set believers apart for God’s purposes and through transformation—the renewing of the mind and heart that results in Christlike character and living.
Through prayerful planning, instruction, and ministry, we open hearts to receive truth and partner with the Holy Spirit to bring lasting transformation. In this sacred process, believers are not only healed but also sanctified, becoming vessels ready to carry out God’s mission.
In partnership with Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we train believers to walk in sanctification and transformation, continuing His mission of healing, restoration, and reaching the world.
201 Training Goals
- To provide a safe setting for building relationships, learning, and participating in Prayer Counseling Ministry.
- To provide a Scriptural foundation for Christ-centered sanctification and transformation
- To offer students the opportunity to experience personal healing through our Transformation Labs
- To see the students growing in prophetic discernment: they will learn to recognize prophetic impressions with wisdom and discernment while appropriately incorporating prophetic insight and visual prophetic props to compliment Prayer Counseling Ministry in a safe Biblical grounded environment.
- To teach, model, and provide opportunity for the students to observe what sensitivity to The Holy Spirit looks like according to the Word of God and in the power and sensitivity of Christ through the Holy Spirit
Transformation Labs
The Transformation Lab is a unique, interactive practicum that bridges the gap between biblical teaching and real-life ministry. Following each teaching session, students will witness a live, Spirit-led prayer counseling session with volunteer participants who desire personal ministry.
As the session unfolds, you’ll observe how biblical truth, wisdom, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit work together to identify root issues, facilitate healing, and bring lasting transformation. This hands-on learning experience allows students to see the counseling process in action—not just hear about it.
Following each ministry session, we will conduct a guided debrief, explaining the counseling journey, the biblical principles applied, the questions that uncovered the root issues, and the steps that led toward healing and freedom.
Who Should Attend the 201 Training?
This school is for any layman, pastor, Christian leader, counselor, or therapist seeking experience in Prayer Counseling Ministry and healing from life’s hurts, and desiring to begin restoring healthy relationships with God and others for themselves and their clients.
What Can I Expect From This 201 Training?
This school will help you discover scriptural answers to many searching questions we all have about life, God, and ourselves. Have you ever wondered why you think, feel, speak, and act the way you do? Have you ever wondered why things happen in your lives and relationships the way they do, and why God allows certain things to happen?
Jesus desires to bring you into wholeness through true change and to break through long-standing strongholds in your life. He wants to equip you with greater vision and hope for the future—to take you into a deeper, more exciting and fulfilling love relationship with Him and to prepare, empower, and release you into a new anointing to minister to others.
With each lesson, you will gain understanding, be given principles of healing, and begin the healing process. Because we are dealing with the hearts of people, the School can, at times, be very intense. Personal responses to teaching and Transformation Labs interaction may include, but are certainly not limited to, some of the following: expression of anger, prejudices and resentments; apprehension; anxiety; insomnia; depression; dissociation; etc. Because of time restraints and training processes, all of your personal life issues will not be dealt with during the training, but healing will happen.
This is a life-long process. We simply give you the tools to further your healing, restore your relationships, and minister to others. Many seek further ministry once the School is complete. If you feel there are already significant life issues that need to be addressed, prayer ministry or counseling prior to your enrollment in the school is advisable and always beneficial.

••• Biblical Foundations for Sanctification and Transformation
The biblical law of sowing and reaping is a universal spiritual principle: whatever a person sows, they will also reap. It reflects both natural and moral order—our actions, thoughts, and attitudes are seeds that bear fruit. God’s laws expose the heart and point us to Christ, who offers grace to change. The commandment to “Honor your father and mother” comes with a promise: that it may go well with you and you may live long in the land. Violating such laws—through dishonor, bitterness, or unforgiveness—sows seeds of trouble. In prayer counseling, the Holy Spirit helps identify sin and wounds, leads to repentance, and forgiveness, and renews the mind with truth. These spiritual laws are consistent, impartial, and eternal—woven into creation and human life. (Galatians 6:7–9; Exodus 20:12; Ephesians 6:2–3; Hebrews 12:15; Romans 12:2)
••• Bitter Seeds, Bitter Roots, and Bitter Fruits
Transformation and sanctification are deeply connected to the biblical law of sowing and reaping. What we sow in the heart—whether truth or bitterness—produces corresponding roots and fruits. Bitter seeds sown through unforgiveness or trauma grow into bitter roots, that yield destructive fruits. The Holy Spirit transforms us by uprooting bitterness, which is often the driving force behind recurring patterns of trouble and destruction in our lives. Sowing righteousness for lasting sanctification is also the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit within. (Hosea 10:12a; Galatians 6:7-8; Hebrews 12:15; Mathew 7:16-20; John 15:4-8, 16)
••• Repentance, Restitution, and Restoring Trust
Repentance, restitution, and restoring trust are vital steps in healing broken relationships. True repentance goes beyond words—it is a heart-turning that acknowledges wrongdoing and seeks change. Restitution involves taking responsibility and, where possible, making things right. As these steps are walked out in humility and sincerity, they open the door for trust to be gradually rebuilt, allowing relationships to be restored in truth and grace. (Acts 3:19; 2 Corinthians 7:9-10; Leviticus 6:4-5; Luke 19:8-9; Luke 16:10; Psalm 15:1-2, 4b)
••• Forgiveness, The Gift of Freedom
Achieving forgiveness is only possible through God’s grace, which empowers us to release the pain, debt, or offense others have caused. Forgiveness is not forgetting or excusing but choosing to let go and entrust justice to God. As we learn to “achieve” forgiveness, we receive a profound gift—freedom from bitterness, healing of the heart, and the peace that only Christ can give. (Matthew 6:14-15; Colossians 3:13; 1 John 1:9; Acts 13:38-39; Ephesians 4:31-32; Isaiah 61:1)
••• God’s Ideal Blueprint: Your Divine Design Part 1
God’s ideal blueprint from conception and growth in the womb reflects His perfect design for life to begin in love, safety, and covenant. We were meant to be conceived within the sacred bond of marriage, nurtured by loving parents, and welcomed with joy. This environment provides the foundation for identity, security, and destiny in the fullness of becoming human in God’s image. (Genesis 1:2; Psalm 139:13-18; Psalm 22:9-10; Jeremiah 1:5; Isaiah 44:2; Luke 1:15)
••• God’s Ideal Blueprint: Your Divine Design Part 2
God’s ideal blueprint also refers to how you originated as an idea in God’s heart and mind even before you were conceived in your mother’s womb. You were created in the pleasure of God with a divine purpose to live out a meaningful life for your joy and for His glory. You carry God’s fingerprints and His signature. Jesus, the gospel and The Holy Spirit empower you to become fully human, to fulfill your destiny. (Psalm 139:13-18; Galatians 1:15-16; Psalm 77:6; Genesis 1:26-27; 2 Corinthians 3:18; Romans 8:29)
••• God’s Grace for Pre-Birth Wounds and Sins (from the Womb)
God’s grace reaches even into the hidden places of the womb, bringing healing to pre-birth wounds and forgiveness for sins conceived in darkness. Though we may carry pain or shame from the earliest moments of life, God, who formed us in the womb offers mercy, restoration, and cleansing through Christ, redeeming every beginning with His love. (Psalm 139:13; Psalm 51:5; Psalm 58:3; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12)
••• Breaking the Power of Shame
Breaking the power of shame in a Christian’s life begins with embracing the truth of our identity in Christ. Shame tells us we are unworthy, but the cross declares we are redeemed, forgiven, and loved. Through confession, renewing the mind with God’s Word, and receiving His unconditional grace, the Holy Spirit lifts shame’s weight, replacing it with dignity, freedom, and peace. (Isaiah 61:7; Romans 10:11; Hebrews 12:2; Colossians 2:14-15; Romans 8:1, 15)
••• Foundational Lies and Orphan Mindsets
Foundational lies are deeply rooted false beliefs formed through pain, rejection, shame or trauma that contradict God’s truth about who He is and who we are. When believed, these lies become the lens through which we view ourselves, others, and God, often producing an orphan mindset. It’s a life marked by striving, fear, insecurity, and independence instead of resting in our identity as beloved sons and daughters of the Father. Lasting transformation comes as these lies are replaced with the truth of God’s Word and the reality of His Father’s love. (John 8:44; Proverbs 18:21; 2 Corinthians 10:4-5; Romans 8:14; John 14:18; Psalm 68:5-6)
••• Heart of Stone & Inner Vows & Orphan Mindsets
A heart of stone is a protective response formed through pain, rejection, or disappointment that causes us to close our hearts to God and others. What begins as a defense against hurt becomes a barrier to intimacy, leaving us isolated and disconnected. From this hardened heart, we often form inner vows, silent promises made to protect ourselves from future pain. Though often forgotten, these vows continue to shape our thoughts, behaviors, relationships and responses. Over time, this leads to an orphan mindset until they are identified, renounced, and replaced with God’s truth and healing. (Ezekiel 3:7-8; Hebrews 3:7-8; Zechariah 7:12; Isaiah 57:15; Romans 8:15-16; John 14:18; Galatians 4:6-7)
••• Healing Maternal Attachment (Mother Wounds) – Part 1
A mother’s love begins with conception, forming a sacred bond with her child in the womb, where the baby first experiences love, safety, nurture, and belonging. As a mother’s cares for her unborn child physically, emotionally, and spiritually, she helps cultivate nurturing love, storge (secure family attachment), philia (warm affection), and ultimately reflects God’s agape (unconditional love). These foundation expressions of love establish a child’s identity, trust, emotional well-being and capacity for healthy relationships, reflecting God’s original design. (Psalm 139:13-14; Psalm 22:9-10; Luke 1:41-44; Isaiah 49:15; Isaiah 66:10-13; Proverbs 31:26-28)
••• Healing Maternal Attachment (Mother Wounds) – Part 2
When maternal attachments are disrupted through neglect, rejection, trauma, or broken bonding, mother wound can develop, often leaving lasting effects on the heart. A mother’s Affection is essential to a child’s emotional and spiritual development, providing comfort, security, acceptance, and a deep sense of worth. This nurturing love reflects the tender, compassionate heart of God. Although God reveals Himself as our Father, Scripture also portrays His motherly qualities as His comfort, protects, nurtures, and carries His children with unfailing compassion. As we experience His restoring love, He gently heals mother wounds and renews our capacity to trust, receive love, and live in the security of our true identity as His beloved children. (Isaiah 66:13; 1 Thessalonians 2:7; Psalm 131:2; Luke 13:34)
••• Healing Paternal Attachment (Father Wounds) – Part 1
Our experience with our earthly father deeply shapes how we perceive God the Father. Absentee, abusive, or passive fathers can leave wounds of abandonment, fear, or insecurity, leading us to see God as distant, harsh, or uninterested. These distorted views block intimacy with God. Yet Scripture reveals a perfect Father—present, loving, protective, and of full of grace—Who longs to heal our father wounds and restore trust in His unfailing love. (Hebrews 12:9-10; Psalm 103:13-14; Psalm 27:10; Deuteronomy 1:31)

Experiencing God the Father’s love is essential to growing into your sonship or daughterhood. It’s not just knowing about His love, but encountering it personally that heals our hearts, comforts our soul, breaks orphan mindsets, and establishes our identity in Him. His perfect, unconditional love secures our place in His family and empowers us to live in freedom and belonging. (James 1:17; Romans 8:15-16; Matthew 7:9-11; 2 Corinthians 6:18; John 14:20-21, 23; Matthew 11:25-30)
••• “The Lion King” Part 1 and Part 2
The Lion King is a beloved animated film that tells the story of Simba, a young lion who must overcome loss, fear, and identity struggle to reclaim his rightful place as king. With themes of courage, destiny, and restoration, the film powerfully reflects the journey of finding purpose and embracing one’s true identity. Watching The Lion King through a biblical lens reveals profound spiritual truths, especially regarding the original lie, shame, identity, restoration and calling. We will see how shame and deception function in Simba’s journey and see how similar that is to Adam and Eve’s fall and redemption.
IMPORTANT NOTE: During the 201 Training, each student will receive their own copy of our inspiring curriculum, featuring more than 200 pages of practical teaching, insightful lesson notes, and valuable resources designed to support your personal growth and transformation throughout the course.
ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES:
We encourage you to plan on attending all eight training days so you can receive the full benefit of this life-changing experience. To complete the Freedom House 201 Training and receive your Freedom House 201 Certificate, you may miss up to one and a half days of training. If you miss more than one and a half days, you will not be eligible to receive your certificate. We look forward to walking with you on this journey of growth, healing, and transformation.
